What a cute face!

Happy Thanksgiving to you and all of the Reiders. Trials aside, I have as much to be thankful for and more, than I had last year. I'm still breathing. I'm still relatively healthy, I still have my loving family. All the rest is just whipped cream on the pumpkin pie.

Ha, Happy Thanksgiving to y'all. That looks like the kids' new pup, Ash who has similar markings. He looks like he's giving everyone the evil eye all the time.

We have so much to be thankful for.

A Happy Thanksgiving to Janet and all the Reefers here. We're doing a brief tailgate food exchange in a driveway then heading back to our own homes for the meals. Yes, much to be thankful for today.

Happy Thanksgiving!

A bittersweet one for us. Hubby came down with a virus (appears to be a regular one, Thank God as he's already almost over it). So Daughter, Son, and I are texting and calling instead of gathering. For the first year in many I'm not cooking, just enjoying coffee and holiday cookies in the garden with the pups, birds, and squirrels.

Not the vacation I had in mind, but grateful anyway. Bonus writing day!

Usually I take all of your advice, but I cannot this time! Lots and lots of pie. Especially chocolate pecan and cheese pie.

Happy USA Thanksgiving, folks!

Happy Thanksgiving to you all. I am skipping the turkey and the gathering this year, but not stuffing or cranberry sauce. And of course, not pie. Pie is a breakfast food, right?

I'm thankful for this community of writers, my (so fart) good health, and breaks in the rain to get out into my garden.

Be gone 2020.

Happy gobble-gobble to you, Janet, and all the fine fish and fishettes here at the reef. With all the craziness 2020 had to offer (so far), it's soothing to realize that warm apple pie, accompanied by a scrumptious scoop of vanilla ice cream, topped off with a generous helping of whipped cream, still tastes utterly delicious. Things are so out of sorts these days, I had to get seconds, just to make sure!

And a Happy Thanksgiving to all of you, even you My Queen.

Had a small gathering here (7), three at one table and four at another. I feel sorry for the twenty-some others who would have normally also have come, but there wasn't anything we could do.

Ended up with gobs of leftovers, including cheesecake and my special pecan pie, sorry any of you near Tampa, I will donate.

Wait, Lennon--chocolate pecan and cheese pie?! DETAILS.

I made pumpkin cake with salted pumpkin caramel frosting.

Happy Thanksgiving to all here in the US who celebrate. Yeah, it was a bit weird this year, but certainly not the worst or even the most disrupted Thanksgiving I've seen. I know from experience that all the things we missed out on this time will make future gatherings even sweeter. Live to fight (over the wishbone) another day.

Very grateful for all of you who host and comment and lurk over here. My life is richer with you all in it.

We are not people who do Thanksgiving but happy Thanksgiving to everyone who is celebrating! I am truly envious of your pies.

Speaking of which, Lennon! You seriously cannot mention something so intriguing without even the sniff of a link to a recipe! For shame!!
