Awww, Mister is adorable! Clearly much more comfortable with the Santa Hat (however briefly) than Elka was. Maybe I'll give it another shot this year...
Replacement for the dead lap top and hubcaps for my car (the car has long been paid for, but little by little the hubcaps escaped over the years and there were always more pressing things than that).
The main thing I want and will have is everyone home for Christmas. It was great having everyone here for Thanksgiving.
Donna: I think we're going to HAVE to meet some day. Not just to compare little dogs, but ... Mister? That was the name of my ex's Shih Tzu, the dog that turned me into a dog person. We have too much in common to not know each other in person.
According to some Facebook quiz, my wish list is: a million dollars, world peace, big muscles, and 6 lbs of chocolate. I couldn't understand the one outlier in the four, until my sister said, "They don't have to be *your* muscles." Hmm. Yeah. I could use someone's muscles around the place...
My real wish list is a good publishing contract, a shortage of stress, and an overage of good times. I think, after this year, Santa owes me all these things.
Look at that precious little Mister...! It's a drizzly, cold day here at Proud Spirit. And although I'm one of those weirdos who loves rainy weather, I'm dashing through my chores (see what I did there?) to indulge in reading during the daylight hours. And it just so happens that I'm reading Donna's DIXIE. Difficult to put down. Donna: You've done a beautiful job with this story.
My wish list? To be put out of business. The emails asking us to take unwanted horses are endless this time of year. If I can't be put out of business... then I'll take an endless supply of hay.
My wish list is a successful new year in all my endeavors; my 2 WIP, my Flamingo Incognitos (google it in images), to get storage in my studio so I can find my desk. And to become a philanthropist because that would mean I would have enough money for everything I need plus a bunch to give away for other's wish lists more important than mine.
My wish list. For Mom and my kids to have a nice Christmas. The kids will have a nice Christmas if their kids have a nice Christmas. It's a parent thing.
A lap top would be awesome but I'd settle for a bottle of Frangelico that my husband doesn't slug away on the sly!
Donna - Mister looks like the scruffy sort of dog that I was desperate to own when I was a kid. Never happened. I think my Dad's youthful heart must've been broken too many times cos his only response to my pleas was; 'The only thing dogs are good for is getting run over.' :(
Last night I typed out my wish list in the comment section. It was pretty lofty, "world peace and all" and when I went to post...lost forever in the dark world of wishes dreamed and unfulfilled. Do I blame it on my computer, your computer, my pilot-error or whatever? No, I blame it on the grand-plan of fate. Sorry boys and girls, no world peace this year I guess.
Oh No! Carolynn2Ns wish for world peace got sucked into the vortex. Well, I guess I might as well go ahead and wish for a pony. NOOOOO! Just kidding! So here's my list: 1. That my sainted, ancient cat has a smooth and peaceful transition to the next life whenever she decides it is time for that to happen. 2. That my graphic novel finds a home this year (and so you know, I have already started working on book 2 so that I am not constantly checking my email/ phone messages to see if the happy champagne drinking phone call from my agent has arrived) 3. That Seattle is successful in acquiring a pair of pandas so that I don't have to fly all over the place to visit my cousins. 4. That I get to go to China this year and bounce a toddler panda on my lap.
Two things this year: 1. To heal quickly (as I'm currently in the hospital). 2. To get the writing grant i applied for so i can give away copies of my books to the attendees at SwanCon 42 during Easter.

Ho, ho, ho. Little Dog is a cutie.
How many days 'til which Christmas? The first one is already past, the next is a week from today, and there are three more coming up.
I'm just glad I only have to buy gifts for two of them.
My wish list? To have my WIP editing finished and ready for querying :)
Aw, Donna, he's gorgeous.
There's only one thing on my wish list - more time in the day. Sadly, I don't think you can wrap that!
Awww, look at my Little Dog there. On our card he's "Mister" Santa. (his real name being Mister)
Thank you QOTKU for posting his picture! Love that little rascal to pieces!
He's a cheery Christmas elf, Donna!

Donna, your dog is precious!
Donna your dog is a real cutie.
And I'm with Kae and AJ. More time in the day, and it'll take longer than Christmas, but my goal is to get my WIP ready to query.
Little Dog is a sweetie!

My wish-list?
More time and a bottle of wine. But delicious food is also fine.
I'll have my shoes ready on Tuesday! Feel free to fill all 7 pairs with goodies.

My French Bulldog is asking...rather indelicately...for a phone number.
My answer was..."you don't have the required plumbing, as it were."
To which he replied...."I was fixed...when there was nothing wrong with me..."
"Well, now there it is."
"Bitch."
"That's a nice way to talk about your mom."
"Really....."
Hank: I think both your French Bulldog and Mister Little Dog would be somewhat surprised...
Adorable puppy. It looks far more peppy than my lazy pug - this dog could turn napping into an Olympic sport.
I am so pleased winter is finally coming and Christmas with it.
Yay, Little Dog!! :)
My wish list for 2017:
* Get a short story published
* Finish the current novel
* Get an agent
* Stay off Carkoon
Easy, huh? :D
Aw, Little Dog's such a cutie.
Melanie - "My wish list? To be put out of business." -I def. did a double-take. Sad but effective way to say it.
Hank - lol :)
My 2016 wish list: healthy family. 2017: get a good agent :)
What a cute puppy.
