I love New York!

I love New York.

This video was shot at the subway station I use every day.

You don't even think about it after a while. You develop an instinct for which trains will pull out when.

Ahh that makes me want to live in New York! I mean, I love LA, but the excuse here isn't, "My train was late." The excuse here is "F*$#!*! TRAFFIC!!!!"

I laughed. I used to do that on a daily basis on my way to school, except it was always between at 59th, between the A and the C train, or see how fast I could make it up to the second floor to catch the 1 train.

Thanks for sharing this!

I would never make it in NY. I'm the kind of person who gets in a line and stays there, even if all the other ones are moving and it's not. I had a friend in London who did this on the Tube and every time we went anywhere together, I arrived hot and sweaty and exhausted!

Can you say, "Type A personalities?"

There's a mile of dirt road from the highway to my house. The village has no traffic lights, few stop signs, and most of the roads have no street signs. You navigate by landmarks.

It's 30 miles to the nearest "city", population about 9,000. They do have traffic lights there, on the one main drag.

If you think you wouldn't mind visiting, but couldn't stand to live here, you understand perfectly my feelings about New York. I have lived all over the world and visited many more places than I've lived (including NYC). I love that people can choose to live wherever they want (in this country anyway). Viva diversity!

That's hilarious, I wonder why they chose a narrator with a British accent.
