Did you go to Backspace? Got 'em!!

Found him! 30 minutes start to finish! Thanks for everyone who helped out!

Did you go to Backspace last weekend?
Did you talk to Brooks Sherman about: a hitman who happens to be an incubus. The problem is, his manner of killing always leaves the victim appearing to have expired from natural causes, so he's not getting paid for his jobs.

Brooks is looking for you. He wants you to email the manuscript.

Given my history with tracking down errant queriers, I suggest you do so.

And if any of you blog readers know this guy, give him a shout!

That sounds awesome. You guys better find him so I can be the publicist for this book when it gets published.

I sent the following note to Backspace via their "contact" link. Hope it helps!

"Brooks Sherman is eager to find someone who pitched him a story at your recent Backspace conference. Please check at http://jetreidliterary.blogspot.com/2011/11/did-you-go-to-backspace.html
Could you forward her link to your email listing of conference attendees, perhaps? I think they'd really appreciate it.!"

Humm ... we've been here before ... Do we have anymore details? first name? anything? Title of book? something?

Something tells me that Mr. Sherman is about to be inundated with manuscripts about incubi/hitmen. Hope the right writer turns up!

We sent an email out to everyone who attended the seminar, so hopefully you'll hear something soon.

Anything we can do to help, just let us know.

I'm relatively new here so when I saw Janet's twitter post I thought it was another 'creative' contest to go on a literary manhunt to win a prize!! On another note I just realized my 2yr old niece wanted to be a blue shark for Halloween. Where did she get this idea from, I have no idea (well she does love animals). We don't live too close so I didn't get to see her on Halloween but it looks like she must have changed her mind at the last minute for when I saw her pic on FB she turned out to be a pink shark.
