Ina May Gaskin has been awarded the 2011 Right Livelihood Award, sometimes known as the alternative Nobel.
We are thrilled to pieces to see her recognized:

Oh, I LOVE her! As a Doula and Childbirth Educator, I've read and studied her books! Good for her!
