What are you going to be for Halloween?-Updated with a song!

Well, we are bad pug boys, and we like bad pug joys
And we’re loved everywhere we go.
We pee on all the trees, and sit on everybody’s knees
And we never let them tell us “NO!”
We chew on jerky treats; we drink our water neat,
And we’ve got that nasty squirrelly treed,
But better than the squirrelly, What makes our tails twirly whirly
Is being on the BLOG OF JANET REID!

Sung to the tune of “On the Cover of the Rolling Stone”
-- Apologies to Shel Silverstein

Even the pugnacious clients dress up as sharks!

Those are soooo cute. I can't help but wonder what the pugs are thinking.

I should go as a gnome since I won a gnome contest, but I think I'll donate the costume.

Dog One: I used to be something. I used to be vicious and terrible. Now I'm just... I'm just... God.
Dog Two: I'm gonna chew her shoes, that's what I'm gonna do. I'm gonna chew up every damned shoe she owns.

That's great! I saw this great shark bathtub set at the store the other day and wanted to buy it for you as a thank you for all you do to help us.

If I was sure it wouldn't be blown up in fear that it was a bomb arriving unsolicited at your office, I might go back and buy it. LOL

(not original, but heartfelt!)

So delightful! In Portland we have pug romp, and all the pugs dress up. Sometimes a Boston or two slips in, but the pugs ignore them. The interlopers.

Have you seen comedian Ian Edwards's bit on shark attacks? If you haven't, go to youtube right now. It's hysterical! "Shark attack time playa!"

Okay, I just snorted my tea.

What I love about this post:
1) Exceeds the legal limit for hilarious cuteness. Please apply for special permitting.

2) The irony is killing me. Is there a breed that's less of a land-shark than the pug?

3) Fidomyalgia: the condition of having a cramp from laughing at hilarious dogs, dog photos, dog antics, or dog anthems. May also occur in others as they observe my dog(s) making a fool of me.

Thanks for the laugh!
