If I hadn't already caved and started reading the Avery Cates series, this one would have done it.
Sean Ferrell and Jeff Somers are now tied (IMO) for best example of how to promote one's work. Neither advertise their books so much as their voices and personalities (hoo-boy), and I'm sure that's why their vids---"voicetrailers," maybe?---are so effective.
Are all your clients like this? Because I'm in awe.
I didn't even know who that was. (Sorry, I'll crawl back under my rock now.) But that was hilarious. Not a thriller sort of reader, but I may have to take a peak at that sometime anyway. Neat how he essentially plugged two books in one light hearted blurb.

After your intro I set down the coffee first. Glad I did.

I heart funny authors. That's what I want to be when I grow up.
That was good!
I love these videos.
Too funny!
LOL. Great video!
Bwahahahaha!!!!! I was already laughing over Wednesday's post about your phone call, so now I'm doubled over.
I know you're supposed to be some crusty agent, but your blog always cheers my day.
Jeff's a funny guy and a camera natural.
Just wondering: Do you get a sales spike after these things are posted?
Oh, who are we kidding? These guys BOTH rock.
Just sayin'.
