What made BEA more fun than ever
Meredith Barnes, the Cannot Live Without Godsend, embraced the swag hunt with fervor. Truth be told, Agent Extraordinaire Suzie Townsend taught her everything she knows about swag, not I.
And yes, her shoulders were sore the next day, but it didn't stop her from coming back and finding even more wonderful books.
The tote bags are part of the office decor now. It's amazing the uses we find for them. Even the Herpet-American asssssistant is interested.
Got anything good to read in your office?
Oh yea! We do!

Ouch! But it looks like there will be many sleepless nights reading incredible books in your future! Yay!
I'm curious though, they make those crate things with wheels that fold up and you can carry in your bag. Do they not allow those at BEA? It seems like that would be a wise investment for BEA11 if they allow them.
Love your posts!
Wow. I've seen attendees tweeting about their swag hauls, but I had no idea there was THAT MUCH. That bag's almost busting!
If the staff there are as attractive as Meredith, working at Fine Print would be more fun than BEA. Many thanks for the photo. It brightened up my whole day.
Supremely. Jealous.
Oh! I want the Pericle Commission ARC. And the Woodford Reserve. Either or.
I with Aimee - total green monster moment
Swag . . . there is nothing better! I will never ever experience swagopause. So jealous I can barely stand it!
My shoulders hurt just looking at those pictures. I never imagined there was so much available there.
My favorite part of Swag Sweep Results picture is the pink post it note, claiming that every book on that shelf is mine :)
I <3 BEA!
