Montana for Real

If you're not reading Kari Dell's blog, Montana For Real, you're really missing out.

Yes, I'm her agent and I've loved her work from the get-go, but her blog is consistently one of the most funny and charming on my google reader. But, heck, don't take my word for it. Decide for yourself.

I agree.

I've been reading her blog regularly for several months now and i find it refreshing, like wading barefoot in a cool stream. Her humorous tales of ranch life and rodeo days along with heartwarming family vignettes provide me with daily breathing space in an somewhat hectic suburban life.

Okay, Janet. You got me. I click over there whenever you remind me, but today I just read the raft blog and I'm sold. I have no book budget. My library does not have her book. But I'm going to Portland in a few weeks and her book is going on my Powell's list regardless of funding. It has to happen. She's so great. I think I'll ask her if it's okay if I print out some of these blogs for my 87 year old grandmother who grew up on a farm in Montana (still in the family). She'll love them.

cheers,
Joelle

Okay, Janet...now I'm confused. I thought Kari Dell had a book with a really cool cover and title...something about cowboys...but now I can't find it. And I don't see anything on her blog. Am I confusing her with one of your other clients?

Yes, you're confusing Kari with Kennedy...Kennedy Foster. Kennedy Foster's new book All Roads Lead Me Back to You is coming from Pocket Books this summer. (4 star review in Romantic Times too!! Hurray!)

Kari is in Montana.
Kennedy is in Washington.

Both are totally awesome.
