I marked my calendar for the date I SHALL NOT WANT went on sale. I hunted around three bookstores --all of which were out of stock by the time *I* got there.
I schemed to get my paws on that book!
I would have lied stolen and cheated if I thought it would produce results!
Finally, I hit on the idea of entering a drawing sponsored by your publisher, and thank all gods known or hereafter invented I managed to WIN!
It arrived in my office today.
I didn't do at least three things I should have because I wanted to get my eyeballs into that book.
So I read it.
And now I can't wait for the next one.
And it's a year or more away. A YEAR! 365 days! 8,760 hours!! 525,600 minutes! Someone should write a song about that kind of brutal time frame! Oh wait, they did.
Toast, Julia Spencer-Fleming, you are TOAST!!!!!

I feel your pain.
Would it help if I said my agent also wishes I was writing two books a year?
Thank you for clarifying that the picture in question is indeed a slice of toast.

Julia S-F, you are one million different kinds of awesome, and if you wrote two books a year, I'd still feel like it wasn't enough.
Big props from a fellow Julia.
Hmmm, I've never heard of this book before. Guess now I have to go find it! :-)
This struck me as something you might enjoy :)
