Thanks so much. As someone who used to make my living doing improvisation (I switched to writing because I wanted to do something where I could make even less money!), this made me all nostalgic and wishing I was still doing this stuff!
The bystanders were flumoxxed and weirded out. It was neat. Kind of reminded me of the start of Stephen King's CELL, only, yanno, with less killing and stuff.

That's awesome. I like the guy who nudged the girl on the arm, as if he was trying to see if she was real.
OMG! I had to do my first ever YouTube post on my blog just to share that.
I would've LOVED to be part of that.
Aw, I was just there and no one was frozen. Timing is everything.
I'm assuming from the looks of it that is another bit of genius from Improv Everywhere.
They have some tremendous stunts, both big and small.
They'll put this much planning into throwing an impromptu birthday party for a single random stranger in a seedy bar.
oh, that looks like it was a load of fun. Very cool.
That was utterly awesome. Super!
Main Improv Everywhere site is blocked from my work, but here's the Wikipedia Thumbnail.
Ms. Reid, I'm sure they'd let you participate in their annual "No Pants Subway Ride."
If you can track down the This American Life episode with IE founder Charlie Todd, it'll leave you smiling.

I don't get it.
That was really cool. Thanks for sharing it.
That was brilliant; loved it!
How fun. Would have loved to be part of it, would have settled for just witnessing it. Only in New York.
That was great. You should see some of the other stuff that they do.
Fantastic!!! I love when you share bits about New York!!
:-)
That was wonderful. Thanks for sharing!
