Merry Christmas!

A pet project, not a pet!

Whatever form your celebration takes, I hope it is full of love.

  1. Happily spending the holiday, as broadcasters so often do, with my work family. And very grateful to be coming up on publication year for my first book...which would not be happening without the encouragement of our noble Shark. Let's just say her advice stiffened my spine more than once during those 200 rejections over three different projects! All joy, peace and goodwill no matter your holiday!

  10. Merry Christmas, Janet!

Wishing the best of the season to all of you, may your days be filled with love and light and laughter.

It's been a hectic couple weeks, but I have very much enjoyed stopping by every day to see the pics/stories here. Thank you, everyone who shared!

I'm now looking forward to a week of doing nothing. Well, nothing urgent.

  11. And a very merry Ho! Ho! Ho! to all you fine folks out there in internet land. In whichever way you may celebrate, whether it is by spending time with family and friends, or by yourself (with a good book by your side), I hope it is a peaceful and relaxing time.

Just in case you're in the mood for some season-appropriate silliness, here's a > link < to this year's Christmas music video extravaganza, brought to you courtesy of Mrs. Casual, aka Jae Parris on vocals, and yours truly, Casual-T, on most everything else, with a special guest appearance by Butterfingers Slim, on the slide whistle. We flew him in all the way from Lapland, particularly for this performance, which, I'm sure you'll agree, is nothing short of pretty good!

    Enjoy...

  12. Merry Christmas! Sang for two Masses last night. Family came to midnight mass and Daughter spent the night. Son came over this morning and the four of us spent the day catching up and watching our favorite Christmas movies - Die Hard and A Christmas Carol (George C Scott version).

    Grateful for good times.
