Hiatus Day 3

"This is Sun, a Korean Jindo rescue. My son and his wife spent weeks/months getting acquainted with Sun while she lived in the shelter. When she finally felt confident enough to leave the shelter and go home with them, she would not go into their home. So my son built a shelter in a fenced-in yard for her. They left a door open for her and eventually she wandered in on her own. She's beautiful and smart and loving."
Sun!

  2. What a gorgeous little dog! And good on your son and your daughter-in-law for giving her the time and the space that she needed. That level of patience is #goals, as the kids say.

  4. What a pretty face! And so glad your son and his wife took the time to think about what Sun needed from them rather than what they needed from her. Makes all the difference.

  15. What a gorgeous dog and tale (tail?). Sun's life mightn't have started well, but her forever home will make up for it.
