Flash!

As regular blog readers know, I'm a boisterous fan of flash fiction. I love the contests here and the work readers submit to those contests!

    Thanks for the link! I used to be quite interested in flash fiction but fell out of it for the past few years. (Oddly enough, it's because my limited time drove me to seek fewer, longer, quality novels rather than many shorter, quality novelettes or flash pieces or short stories.) Flash fiction can be an inspiring form! Some writers are truly brilliant at telling such huge stories with so few words.

    I love flash and thank you for the great link. It is the art of inference. Making every word do double and triple duty.

Keep your comments succinct. Any comment that runs longer than 100 words is generally too long.
