Dictionary of Publishing Terms

Those amazing agents at BookEnds LLC have updated their very handy list of publishing terms here.

There's really only one thing left to say:

  1. I book marked it. If I'd had this earlier, Janet, I would have saved you and Shannon many an email.

  2. How'd you know my nickname was "Sloth"?

  3. I saw it, bookmarked it, copied it, printed it, hugged it, kissed it and made a fool of myself over it. It is a most generous post and deserves all our love. Thanks for linking to it here.

  4. Oh, I would enter this contest just in hopes the Guardian would come looking for the purloined book. Howsomever, I am busy shipping books out by the boxes so I don't have to move them. I should probably refrain.

Keep your comments succinct. Any comment that runs longer than 100 words is generally too long.

If you're commenting more than three times a day, it's too much.

Civility is enforced. Spelling/grammar mistakes may be pointed out ONLY in the blog post itself, not in any of the ensuing commenter's contributions.

If your comment doesn't show up, it's most likely that Blogger ate it. Try posting again using a GoogleID. (comment moderation is on only for older posts)
