I liked his comments on time travel. Time travel is one of the things I dislike most about Heroes. I loved Primer. I thought it was a very well thought out movie and the ending was shockingly good. One of those that you have to see many times. I like that he said it should be a major plot device. I am still no fan of time travel in most cases.
I think also of The Time Traveler's Wife. In that story, the time travel was certainly not a "get out of jail free" card. It was a major obstacle to the protagonists' happiness.
OK-Time to let my geek flag fly. I certainly do loves me some Doctor Who, an entire series based on the conceit of time travel. The program is occasionally brilliant (like the episode Blink) and occasionally falls flat on its face (with a whispered 'Put the sonic screw driver in Amy's coat pocket.')
Keep your comments succinct. Any comment that runs longer than 100 words is generally too long.
If you're commenting more than three times a day, it's too much.
Civility is enforced. Spelling/grammar mistakes may be pointed out ONLY in the blog post itself, not in any of the ensuing commenter's contributions.
If your comment doesn't show up, it's most likely that Blogger ate it. Try posting again using a GoogleID. (comment moderation is on only for older posts)
