    I'll have to check out his book. What does a guy have to say about how women changed the police force? Hmmm, I wonder if it is anything like the guys USED to say about how women changed the US Air Force Academy...

    This is a very informative book regarding the plight of women to get the playing field leveled in police work. I congratulate all women in this field. I would certainly recommend this book.
