Suggestions about improving form letters

One of my twitter pals knows I'm always looking for ways to improve my form letter. She sent me this link as a suggestion.

Keep your comments succinct. Any comment that runs longer than 100 words is generally too long.

If you're commenting more than three times a day, it's too much.
