Master Detective booktrailer gets two thumbs up!

If I hadn't already read the book, this promo about Master Detective would make me run out and buy it!

What I like best is that it doesn't rely on anything but the actual story to entice you to buy: no scary music or suspense-drenched voice over narration.

I think this is a terrific example of a book trailer!
Congrats to John Reisinger!!

  1. It's good. Tells you what you need to know. Period.

  2. What I like is that it tells you what you *already* know -- or, at least, what was made public at the time. Then it goes on to say there's more... and you can read about it in the book. Wow. What a hook!

  3. After reading this post I decided to try to make a book trailer for the book...what was I thinking? Suffice it to say, it wasn't easy. Though, I did post the attempt as a video response anyway...
