    April 1! In high school I took an advertising/English class. We read Subliminal Seduction and The Hidden Persuaders and I fell in love with the thought of using words to convince people to do something, buy something. I went straight into advertising out of college.

    That ad is delicious. Advertising used to be so much wittier. Edgier. Now it's just in your face so the dimmest bulb gets it.
