This map of the Imperial History of the Middle East is endlessly fascinating.  You might have to log in to StumbleOn to see it, but it's well worth it.

    I really enjoyed that. Amazing the change over and how many empires actually existed. Thanks for sharing and have a great weekend everyone! (low 80's here today - nice outside if one can ignore the yellow powder)
