Who says you can't dance? Every day at 4:51 the alarm on my wife's cell phone goes off, playing a tune for 1 minute, and my wife and I (and our kids if they're around) drop what we're doing and dance for 60 seconds. It's a reminder that there are more important things in the world than the daily grind – there's us.
The Voice of the Arts radio station here has a feature called Cubical Dance during the morning show. Great idea, but we don't have radio at the office. I like your wife's idea, Ol' Chumbucket.
My face hurts! I smiled so much at this couple, and their efforts and then their enthusiasm and that of their guests! I had a big grin on my face the entire time. Thanks for sharing!
I love how much this couple are enjoying themselves. :)
My husband is a musician-- he doesn't dance. So, at our wedding reception, I told him he could sit in with the band. Since we met playing in a band, it was only fitting. He had a blast, and the guests loved it.

I love this so much! Every time I ask my husband to dance with me, he looks at me like I've just asked him to cut off a limb.
ReplyDelete*sigh*

When I used to live in my warehouse, the 100 foot long aisles were perfect for bad dancing and air-guitar.
ReplyDeleteI saw Bill Medley perform this song with his daughter. *sigh*
I hope Terra and Drake do something just as epic for their anniversaries.
