Yep, the Milwaukee airport. As intended, it makes people laugh... after collecting shoes, laptops, kids, and lotions, a traveler definitely needs to "recombobulate"! Benches provided for doing so.
Reminds me of my two favorite signs. The first: a short little sign posted at the edge of a weedy parking lot: Please Don't Hit This Sign. No rhyme or reason for it. Second was posted in a residential area in Ontario, Canada: Beware of Children. You can't trust those little rugrats.

Huh ?
ReplyDeleteI love it.
ReplyDeleteWhere is that?
I had to google what it meant and it is actually a neat idea - even if the word sounds like I'd be doing something illegal.
ReplyDeleteBrilliant! What airport?
ReplyDeleteAwesome.
ReplyDeleteThat's just 20 meters after the discombobulation area...great place to pull yourself back together.
ReplyDeleteI'm guessing Heathrow (disaster) or Standstead (Standstill)
The airport is Milwaukee's Mitchell International Airport.
ReplyDeleteLove it! Discombobulation first, then recombobulation...that makes sense to me!

ReplyDeleteFunny!

:-)
Looks like a sign you'd have at a teleportation station. "Pick your family up in the recombobulation area. Be aware, some disorientation is normal."
ReplyDeleteLove it. I need one for my family room, where we retreat after the kids go to bed.
