Congrats to Bill! Yay! And while the Portland Mercury did not choose my book for their list, they did say one of the funniest things about it I've read in a newspaper so far: Joelle Anthony's debut novel, Restoring Harmony, imagines a dark future where Portland is still fuckin' weird.
