    Well, they do have those "record your own" novelty cards now. I'm sure you could get one that would accept "air horn blast" as input.

    I suggest the oversized ones that are so large the whole card (plus the person holding it) jumps as it plays back.

    I thought 'time to redo your makeup' meant it'd be sad. I was a little wary of looking. The pic for the agent was priceless.
