Literary agent Rachelle Gardner posts 10 Ways To Be a Dream Client.
Other than the obvious error of first instead of last in #1, and those in #3 (can you figure out what they are?) these are my exact sentiments.
I didn't see 'Give big boxes of Godiva chocolate for Christmas' on the list. You'd think that would be up there *somewhere*...
So, if I were to do all things on both of Rachelle's list AND give chocolate, would that make me dreamier? Or just more popular? (Either is good, really)
Hmmm. Word verification: mating. That wouldn't happen to be a hint for yet another way to become a dream client?
Keep your comments succinct. Any comment that runs longer than 100 words is generally too long.
If you're commenting more than three times a day, it's too much.
Civility is enforced. Spelling/grammar mistakes may be pointed out ONLY in the blog post itself, not in any of the ensuing commenter's contributions.
If your comment doesn't show up, it's most likely that Blogger ate it. Try posting again using a GoogleID. (comment moderation is on only for older posts)

ReplyDeleteOoo, ooo. I know what's wrong with #3! It's that Rachelle should actually say Janet. Right? Right?
ReplyDeleteI like #4. I also like #9 (hint).
ReplyDelete4 and 5 made me laugh. I've barely had time to do my own laundry these past few weeks.
ReplyDeleteWhich reminds me...
(Sad thing is, I really am going to start a load.)
I think R.J. guessed right....
ReplyDeleteThanks for the Monday morning smile :o)

buy lots, lots of fancy, expensive French sparkling wine for them.

I was going to say that "Sending Godiva" belonged somewhere on Janet Reid's list; probably close to the top.
