Another sign I'm the true owner of the ruby slippers

I know this means I have low moral character and should probably join Bart Simpson at the blackboard to chalk out "I will not chortle at the misfortune of art museums ever again" but this did make me laugh.

I particularly love the "hey lady, seen our painting anywhere down there" phone call.

    I guess this means the Vatican won't be dismantling the Sistine Chapel and sending the bricks to the Davis Museum anytime soon. I know I will never destroy a crate again without checking for multimillion dollar paintings. One question still remains in my mind, though:

    Are they sure that painting is cubist? It looks like a Renoir to me.

    ha. I've seen too many stories about art accidently thrown out in garbage.
