First review of DIGITAL PLAGUE

My favorite line:
I hope Somers's fictional world remains a disturbing fantasy,
but sometimes wandering around Cleveland
makes me think it might be just around the corner.

  1. "And, even though Cates is basically a scumbag, he has more honor than the rest of the corrupt society so he becomes our hero by default of everyone else being so much worse (I'll employ this same logic no doubt when I vote for the Democratic candidate for president this fall)."

--this was MY favorite line from the review. I'm really, really looking forward to this book.

  2. Oh poor Cleveland! I lived there twice - for a total of 10 years. Such a complex that poor city bears! I love being back in New England, but I sure miss my cheap cheap cheap gorgeous house in Cleveland! I'll never come close to anything like it here in Fairfield County. Although the Times today reports Greenwich is feeling the squeeze, 11 million dollar homes going for a mere $6.9! Well cry me a Cuyahoga river!
