I don't live here

so I'm sure glad Kari Dell does and can get great photos!

When she's not sorting dead sheep, Kari writes cowgirl romance!

On a lonely road in Montana, it was just the two-lane highway and the vast open spaces of my mind. Both were pretty barren and treacherous pieces of real estate...

True story: I actually wrote the text above BEFORE I read that it was in Montana!

Read her short story. Love the voice.

Loved the sheep post - you know she can't be making that up. :) Hilarious.

I'm an east coast girl. One summer I went to Wyoming and Montana to the sounds of the Fab Four wanting to hold me hand. (In between country stations.)
I fell in love with the mountains and swore that someday I would return. Sadly, not to be.
The moon over the road to heaven has brought me to tears. Thank you Kari for taking me home.

Sigh . . . I so want to be on that road, chasing that moon. Dreams live in the big open spaces.

If you look closely you'll see my heart somewhere in that picture. Someday we'll be reunited.
