Crowbar, meet CutBank, Montana

I have sworn high and low to never leave NYC again.

You should have taken me up on the bet, a nice cool C-note on the table.

You'd be laughing your asterisk off now, AND spending my your newfound money cause I've found something that will pry me out of NYC.

Here's what it is.

I'm very glad you got to (are going to?) Montana even if it was Cut Bank (the distance from NYC to DC from me, in Butte). I hope you had time to get into Glacier Park.

Wow! Glad you came out our way. I heard about the Storytelling Roundup from a friend on the Highline. It sounds like a blast.

My favorite local storyteller, Chief Joe Medicine Crow, is giving a speech in my area next week. I'm crossing my fingers and praying he'll tell the story about how he counted coup against the Germans in WWII by stealing their horses. He sang his honor song as he and a few buddies thundered away with their booty.

I've read the story, but never heard it from his lips.

OMG! I grew up in Cut Bank. Although now I live in Indiana. Have a great time. It's beautiful out there and the people are great.
