His or her name does not actually appear on the agency's website.

Well, my name didn't appear on our agency's website when I signed my first clients, 'cause I was an assistant and not taking queries at the time. (I pillaged my first clients from my boss' queries, with his permission of course.)

If it's an agency of one, then yeah, having the name up there would be good. ^_^

...or the agency's webmaster is the dunderhead and has been spending more time on twitter and facebook than on performing web updates.

Well, the whole agency is named after him so I think I might be okay in this case.

LMFAO! This made my day.

I dunno. It might also be a sign that the website was designed five years ago, and no one remembers the password so they can upload the new pages, and the agency is SO busy that no one has time to call tech support.

I love the word 'dunderhead!'

Sean's agent is a HAMMERhead, not a dunderhead. Sheesh.

(I think I may have officially hit the "too much" caffeination point.)
