Probably for the best that querying be delayed. Mercury is retrograde until the 29th. I know not everyone believes in that kind of thing, but every little bit helps when getting into a subjective business like this. :)

I want to thank you for this blog. I've learned so much from what I've read so far, and I'm still learning. I queried you, and you passed--but I think I know why. That makes all the difference. I'm nearly done writing a new book now, and I'm going to query you when it's polished. I think you'll like it. (And if not, it won't be due to a bad query letter!)
Thanks for all the tips and advice you've amassed here. I never would have learned so much otherwise.

I'm hoping to query you when my thriller is finished. Obviously I have to query more than one person, but you are very good about letting people know that you have caught up. It helps to know you should have received an answer. Thanks for doing that.
