Chuck nailed it on the head. It's the "brutal-honesty style" that keeps me coming back. In trying to learn what to do or not to do, I'd rather hear it from a coach than a diplomat.
Time management is not my strength. I have to invest my time online deliberately and wisely. You post concise advice, or link elsewhere when you know someone has already said it well, which gives me an excellent return on that investment. That's why you're at the top of my Google Reader.
Come to think of it, that's another thing I learned from your blog.
