Just in case you can't get enough of me

First, you should seek therapy.
(We have books for that now, see post below.)

Second, you can click on my regular Tuesday blog over at Dead Guy wherein I salute the Invisible Zipper.

But really, seek therapy.

That's one inconspicuous octopus.

Good post too on PR and the use of blogs. I'm hoping that real live author tours aren't completely a thing of the past by the time (if i ever) become a published author. It would be intimidating, but exhilarating, to be in a room full of people who literally paid money to listen to you read.

This topic is very very interesting to me.
I've had two alias names (Takoda and Church Lady) before realizing I'm wasting valuable opportunities for name recognition. Plus (although you can't see it here) my rhino ass avatar is sure to be remembered. I'm having it put on a t-shirt and wearing it on a t-shirt at a writing conference in the summer.

I also believe in making connections across genres. I struggled with this at first because as a children's writer did I really want to be seen around horror and erotica? The answer is yes. The online relationships fan out at an exponential rate. If I hung out with only children's writers, I'm missing huge markets out there.

Okay, I'll stop babbling.

Love this topic though. And I agree about Facebook. Just a bunch of Ho's (my words, not yours!! hehehe)
