Not all that long ago Bill Vollman was a guy with a cult following who fired off guns during readings. Those of us who've known him since The Ice Shirt, or Whores for Gloria are all feeling smug today! We KNEW he was great before the rest of the world discovered him.

All I can say is: it's about time.
